The RIDGID 48297 (Model 918) is a hydraulic roll groover designed to form standard grooves in various pipe materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, PVC, and copper. The RIDGID 918 roll groover features a compact design that mounts onto the RIDGID 300 Power Drive.

Performance and Hydraulic Actuation:

• - Actuation System: The unit utilizes a two-stage hydraulic hand pump and a 15-ton ram to advance the groove roll into the pipe.
• - Depth Control: Precision is maintained via a groove depth gauge and a large knurled depth adjustment nut to control final groove diameter.

  Material Capacities:
